Excellent hotel by Odessa standards

New hotel, very clean in the room, restaurant, and pool. The room has excellent soundproofing. Pleasant staff, ready to help with any issues. Delicious, varied breakfast, many different vegetables and tasty salads. Tickets for the funicular are provided to go down to the beach (which is an adventure in itself). The beach is quite clean; I saw employees sifting the sand. In cool weather, we spent time in the pool. As I said, the pool is very clean. And the water massagers deserve special praise. We left very early and were pleasantly surprised by the packages provided by the hotel staff with sandwiches, fruits, water, and juice, which we took with us. I want to note that we did not order an early breakfast. I recommend this hotel for your stay!

"Na poczatku chcielibysmy podkreślić, iż w tym hotelu pracuje bardzo profesjonalny, zyczliwy i jakże pomocny personel. Wezwano natychmiast lekarza do dziecka, które potrzebowało pomocy. Po zaistnialym incydencie personel nie oczekiwał żadnej zaplaty, a ponadto dostarczyli dodatkowy zasób potrzebnej nam wowczas wody. Pokoje oraz lazienki w swietnym stanie, bardzo czysto. Na śniadaniach wystarczający wybor jedzenia. Bardzo dużą atrakcją dla dzieci (jak i dla dorosłych) była darmowa (dla gosci hotelu) kolejka zjeżdżająca z hotelu na plażę i z plaży do hotelu. W recepcji dostalismy ręczniki oraz bilety wstępu na plaze, które obejmowały lezaki (dowolna ilość) i parasole. Plaża byla prywatna (należała do hotelu) co za tym idzie panował na niej spokój. Zaledwie 10 metrów od morza znajdował sie zadbany, hotelowy basen, w ktorego obrębie byly lezaki. "

We liked the hotel!

The location is convenient. To the beach, there is a descent and ascent by cable car (free for hotel guests). Breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. The service is excellent, they try to fulfill any request. The staff is very attentive, and the cleanliness is perfect.

"We were on vacation with my husband, we chose the hotel to celebrate his 65th anniversary. And we were not mistaken. A very beautiful, new, modern hotel. We liked absolutely everything. It is very touching to find champagne, fruit and congratulations from the hotel management in the room on the anniversary day. The service staff is very attentive, they try to quickly and competently help with any questions. The breakfast - buffet is excellent, everything is fresh, there is enough for every taste. Our room was standard, excellent, everything is new, expensive, daily cleaning is perfect. Very beautiful pool with water massage procedures. We really liked their feature - free travel by cable car, convenient, beautiful, romantic. The beach is wonderful, clean, they sift the sand, calm, umbrella, towel, mattresses are included in the price. You can have lunch on the beach. Thank you to the hotel management and all the staff for your work, you are the best!!!"

"Närhet till strand och matställen, avskilt från de värsta trafiken. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Stora fina rum, bra AC, välstädat. Trevlig personal. God frukost, välsorterad med något för de flesta smaker. Extra plus för ”egen” linbana ner till stranden, väldigt lyxigt. Privat strand."

"Grand Otrada was an excellent choice for our 9 day holidays. Even if try to think what was missing, we can't find any. Spacious room, very well kept and clean, very friendly staff, great location close to silent full-service Otrada beach (which is free of charge for guests plus cableway which can get You down and up in couple of minutes). And, what is also very important, every morning has begun with excellent breakfast. Even on the 9th morning we have noticed that we still haven't tried some dishes from the offering. Also, the good thing is that if You are used to Uber, You can get forth and back City centre for just 3-4 Euros. We were delighted with our stay there."

Impressive and heartfelt!

The hotel is beyond praise. The sincerity of the staff makes the stay fabulous. Breakfast is unspeakably wonderful! The beds are very comfortable. The connection to the sea is romantic! A cable car takes you to the beach. The beach is good, calm, with great food in the restaurant. Everything is top-notch, we will come again!

A wonderful vacation for the May holidays!

The hotel is new, everything is great, the rooms are perfectly clean, the room cleaning is very high quality. Special thanks to the maids for the towel figurines, the children ran back to the room to see who was waiting for them on the bed. The service at the hotel is at the highest level, very friendly staff, excellent service. The cosmetics in the rooms are very high quality, with a pleasant aroma. The buffet is excellent.

A nice place to relax!

"Very good location, the price includes a visit to the pool. Very tasty breakfast. A separate bonus is the cable car ride to the sea. The bathhouse on the beach is simply a cosmic location. A sea of positivity!"

"I liked everything, from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. The hotel is new, has a great location, I think it has a great future. I have been to many hotels in Odessa, but this is still in first place in my rating. You can and should go here for a vacation. Excellent hotel, excellent room, excellent staff, excellent location. And I would like to separately highlight the design of the junior suite, a window across the entire width of the room - it's something incredible! And plus a wonderful bathroom with a large, very large, 190 by 95 cm bathtub. Very tasty food, everything is made with love, the staff cares about their work, and this is expensive these days. In a word - well done!!!"

"This hotel is just perfect! I can not express enough the level of hospitality, customer service and joy this place has provided us with. We were greeted with a smile , check in was quick and easy. All our requests were absolutely taken care of. Private parking , private beach and also lift tickets have been provided by the hotel at no extra cost. It has tremendous value when you are a tourist so we did not have to worry about anything on our trip. The hotel is brand new and very very clean. I am not kidding this is one of the cleanest hotel i have ever been to! And i have been to a lot of hotels. Staff was perfect! Everything that we have asked for has been provided and then some! We stayed for a week and had to extend because we are just in love with this place! This will definitely be the only hotel we will ever go to in odessa. The location is perfect as well, not far from the sea and also not far from the city center. Its very quiet at night and you cannot hear any noises from the beach or busy streets. Rooms are spacious and again very clean! Everything is brand new and just pleaseant and comfortable. Breakfast is just out of this world. Plenty of choices and fruits and chef prepared dishes. Very delicious! Perfect for families or fun , plenty to do around and also a small market across the street so you don't even need to use your car. The tram station just across the street and taxi's are very cheap in odessa as well. Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends. Love it here and believe me you will love it as well."
